B. (COACH) Sparks has provided media and communication
training and
instruction to individuals and groups in law enforcement,
sports, academia, government and industry for over 25 years.
Coach
Sparks is a retiree with 32 years of service as a Special
Agent with the FBI. In addition to more than 25 years as a Supervisory
Special Agent at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA, Coach Sparks
holds an undergraduate degree in Education from Concord College
at Athens, West Virginia and a Masters degree in Education from
George Washington University, Washington DC, with continued post
graduate work in Communications from the University of Maryland,
College Park, MD. He has taught
undergraduate and graduate courses
as an adjunct faculty member with the University of Virginia,
Charlottesville for 25 years during his tenure at the FBI Academy.
His areas of expertise include worldwide
law enforcement training,
communications training for executives, managers and private
sector personnel, interpersonal/non-verbal communication, train
the trainer, and interview/interrogation training. Coach Sparks is highly sought out as a motivational
speaker
